The open?cast mining dump trucks with payload capacity 200 mt are purposed for handling rock and bulk materials at open-cast mining of minerals being operated on haul roads in various climatic conditions. Optionally trucks can be equipped with central lubrication system, air conditio-ner, automatic fire supression system, weighing device. The maximum efficiency can be achieved when used together with shovels and loaders having 20 m bucket capacity.

Air cleaning system is performed by 3-stage filter which is located in the front part of the hauler to the side of the radiator. Visual indicators of contained dust levels are provided. The cooling system is liquid type with dual loop. For very low ambient temperatures an engine preheater can be provided. It make starting of the engine easy and safe at very low ambient temperatures. Engine equipped with fully controllable fuel injection, optimising both the injection timing and fuel injected. Exhaust gasses are omitted through twin exhaust manifolds and passed up through the body. Production main frames are made of heavy duty low alloy steel having a resistance of not less than 530 Mpa. The main upper and lower sections are made of 30 mm plate with side spars ranging in from 12 to 25 mm in thickness. The front suspension consists of two nitrogen-oil cylinders, featuring sliding sleeve units and turning cam with wheel hub. Rear suspension consists of two hydraulic cylinders, cross beam, rear axle lever and eye with joint. The dumping mechanism uses telescopic 3-stage cylinders mounted on the chassis rails providing high speed body elevation. Supports and brackets are made of heavy-duty materials to meet ROPS requirements. The cab structure incorporates full welded construction to ROPS standards according to ISO 3471. Additional requirements for protecting the operator from dropping material are fully met by the body visor FOPS and these requirements are met by ISO 3449 The cab in soundproof, air cooling and heating. Construction of the cab reduces noise level to below 75 dB. Good field of view assures safety. All stairways and deck areas are fitted with safety railing. Truck is equipped with easily removable fire-extinguisher of dry chemical cartridge type. Optionally, automatic fire suspension system AMEREX or ANSUL can be mounted. Complex diagnostic system controls more than 130 key factors of truck operation. The new operator interface provides vital signs monitoring and processing of data, greatly assisting and simplifying fault finding routines. Weighing system provides precise measurement of empty, part empty and fully loaded conditions of the truck. Control unit allow to follow and to print results of working day. It also provides overload control.
